What is Aurachain?
Aurachain is the execution layer where regulated institutions turn obligations, risk signals, and fraud alerts into governed, audited action.
Who uses applications built on Aurachain?
Employees of the organisation running them, in three roles: team members who handle tasks, managers who oversee their team’s work, and admins who manage users, access and processes.
What does a user see after signing in?
My dashboard, with the applications they use and My tasks, their task list with status and deadlines. Managers also see My team’s tasks.
Can employees sign in with their existing company accounts?
Yes. Aurachain supports single sign-on through your identity provider, including Microsoft and Google accounts, and one user account can sign in through more than one provider.
How does AI help employees handling a task?
Within the task, an AI Task Assistant summarises documents, extracts insights and answers questions about the process data. AI can also check information as it is entered, flag gaps and draft summaries for reviewers.
Can managers see how work is progressing in real time?
Yes. Process Live View shows every process instance as it runs: who is working on what, which tasks are delayed and what is idle, with drill-down to a single task.
Do we still need a separate BI or reporting tool?
Analytics are built into the applications, and reports can be exported to PDF, Excel or CSV. If you already use a BI platform, data can be pushed or synced to it through APIs.
